Here we have collected the most frequently asked questions so you can quickly and easily find the answers. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us – we’re happy to help even on weekends!

1. Can the dust extraction device be ordered separately?

No, our dust extraction technology is only available together with our own manufactured manicure tables. It is a proprietary, industrial-performance system built directly into the table.

2. How often should the dust bag be cleaned?

Standard tables: once a month
2.0-series, upgraded models: about every 6 weeks

This ensures continuous maximum performance.

3. How long is delivery time?

Tables in stock are delivered within 24–72 hours in Hungary by PannonXP courier service – most often already the next day.

4. What are the internal dimensions of the drawers in the drawer-type tables?

Drawer dimensions (width × depth × height):

Top and bottom drawer: 22 × 43 × 9 cm (2 pcs)
Second drawer: 22 × 43 × 10.5 cm (1 pc)
3rd, 4th, 5th drawers: 22 × 43 × 5.5 cm (3 pcs – for storing jars, tools, accessories)

Depending on the brand, up to 300–400 gel polish bottles can fit in the drawer cabinet.

5. Where do you ship?

Domestic: We deliver throughout Hungary.
International: Most of our customers pick up the table in person in Budapest or hire their own carrier.
On request, we are happy to provide reliable forwarding contacts and exact package dimensions for quotations.
International shipping rates vary by country and city.

7. What warranty do I get for the table and the dust extractor?

We provide a full 1-year warranty for our tables, but it is possible to purchase an extended 5-year motor warranty.

8. Can I request custom sizes or designs?

Our industrial dust extraction technology allows only very limited adjustments, so we can only take on smaller modifications.

9. Is there a showroom or a way to test the tables in person?

We do not maintain a store or showroom, but 2 tables can be viewed and tested during work (in operation) in our nail salon in Budapest, District XXIII.

10. Is it possible to request a higher-performance dust extractor?

There is no physical obstacle, but we must consider that busy hands are constantly exposed to airflow throughout the working day (even if not felt directly). Increased performance can cause serious long-term health damage to bones, joints, and muscles!
